🦅 Top Dividend Growth Focused Eagles of the Week

Each week we spotlight companies accelerating their dividend growth — reliable names built to push your passive income higher, faster, year after year.

Intro

This series is about dividend growth first. Here we focus on companies where dividend income is already meaningful today - but the real story is how fast that income can grow over time.

These are businesses with the financial strength, earnings momentum, and capital discipline to raise dividends aggressively and consistently. Income grows first. Capital follows.

This is the part of the portfolio designed to accelerate future cash flow — so your dividend income doesn’t just grow… it compounds at speed.

The Role of This Series Inside the MaxDividends

The job of Top Dividend Growth Stocks of the Week is clear and very specific: to identify companies capable of delivering rapid, durable, long-term dividend growth — without sacrificing quality or valuation discipline.

This is not our high-yield engine. And it’s not our capital-first growth engine. This is the dividend acceleration engine.

These companies may not always have the highest yield today — but they share one defining trait: their earnings power expands fast enough — and cleanly enough — that dividend income scales aggressively year after year.

The goal is simple: build a stream of income that grows so fast over time that it materially changes your financial trajectory.

How We Select Top Dividend Growth Eagles

Every company in this series is selected through the MaxDividends Income System.

The MaxDividends Income System is our filter, rulebook, logic, and decision-making checklist — the framework that determines what belongs in a long-term compounding portfolio and what doesn’t.

For Dividend Growth Eagles, the System is applied with a clear priority: dividend growth strength first, supported by financial quality and valuation discipline.

We run each candidate through the MaxDividends Income System, which for this series includes the following core criteria:

5 Pillars Formula

Business Quality Score and Dividend Safety Score of 90+. Strong balance sheet, durable margins, clean cash flows, and consistent execution across cycles. A foundational quality check covering business durability, competitive position, capital allocation discipline, and long-term compounding ability.

Dividend Growth Power

We prefer 15+ years of consistent dividend increases, with special emphasis on 5–10-year dividend growth strength and payout sustainability. We look for businesses that can continue raising dividends at an above-average pace.

MaxRatio Level → Income Eagles / Balanced Eagles Zone

A profile that reflects capital efficiency, reinvestment quality, and dividend scalability. These are companies built to compound both earnings and payouts over time.

Market Valuation

Only fairly valued or undervalued companies qualify. Even a great dividend growth business can become a poor investment at the wrong price. We look for a valuation that leaves room for both income growth and long-term total returns.

MaxDividends Consensus

The final check brings everything together: business quality, dividend strength, growth potential, and valuation. The goal is simple — identify companies where the fundamentals support durable, above-average income growth for years to come.

***

The MaxDividends Research Platform supports this process as our central data hub and navigator.

It stores the full history behind every decision — fundamentals, dividend timelines, valuation ranges, portfolio structure — and lets us track where we are, how far we’ve come, and whether we’re still aligned with the System.

This week’s Top Dividend Growth list highlights businesses with strong earnings engines, disciplined payout policies, rising cash flows, and the capacity to significantly increase dividend income over the coming years.

☕️ Pour your coffee, tune out the noise, and lean into the process — the best dividend growth opportunities rarely look dramatic at first. They simply raise payouts… again and again… and again.

This Week’s Highlights

A quick warm-up with 3 dividend growers showing the MaxDividends spirit and accelerating payout power

Mueller Industries Inc. (MLI)

~1.3% yield | 5-yr dividend growth +34% CAGR | payout ~17% | Dividend Score 91 | MaxRatio 12.13 | Undervalued

Mueller Industries continues to stand out as a powerful dividend growth engine, with payouts compounding at roughly 34% annually over the past five years. Even after this impressive growth, the payout ratio remains below 17%, leaving considerable room for future increases. With 21 consecutive years of dividend growth and an Undervalued rating, Mueller combines an exceptional growth record with a conservative dividend policy.

T. Rowe Price Group Inc. (TROW)

~5.0% yield | 5-yr dividend growth +7% CAGR | payout ~51% | Dividend Score 96 | MaxRatio 10.82 | Undervalued

T. Rowe Price offers the highest starting income among this week's three highlights, with a dividend yield approaching 5%. The company has increased its dividend for 40 consecutive years, demonstrating remarkable consistency across different market cycles. A payout ratio near 51%, an excellent Dividend Score of 96, and an Undervalued rating make it an attractive combination of current income, dividend reliability, and long-term compounding potential.

Primerica Inc. (PRI)

~1.8% yield | 5-yr dividend growth +21% CAGR | payout ~19% | Dividend Score 93 | MaxRatio 9.90 | Undervalued

Primerica remains an excellent example of how rapid dividend growth can coexist with financial discipline. Its dividend has compounded at roughly 21% annually over the past five years, while the payout ratio remains exceptionally conservative at just 19%. With 15 consecutive years of dividend increases and an Undervalued rating, Primerica offers a compelling opportunity for investors prioritizing future income growth over immediate yield.

This Week’s Names

Here are 10 companies showing what accelerating dividend growth really looks like — rising payouts, disciplined management, and financial strength that keeps your income compounding year after year.

Novo Nordisk A/S (NVO) — 4.75% yield

+147% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~45% | Dividend Score 96 | MaxRatio 28.03 | Undervalued

A global pharmaceutical leader specializing in diabetes, obesity, and other chronic diseases, best known for its Ozempic and Wegovy treatments.

Why Today

Novo Nordisk is facing intense competition from Eli Lilly and growing pressure on weight-loss drug prices. But its new Wegovy pill is gaining patients, and the company is expanding into additional international markets. With the stock trading at a much lower valuation than in previous years, investors are watching whether growing demand can offset pricing pressure and help the business recover.

Tractor Supply Company (TSCO) — 2.87% yield

+206% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~51% | Dividend Score 97 | MaxRatio 25.46 | Fairly Valued

A leading rural lifestyle retailer serving pet owners, farmers, ranchers, homeowners, and outdoor customers across the United States.

Why Today

Tractor Supply just reported 5.1% sales growth, with customer demand improving throughout the third quarter. Online sales grew at a double-digit pace, while the company maintained its full-year outlook. That's an encouraging sign for a retailer still dealing with cautious consumer spending, especially on more expensive purchases.

Pool Corporation (POOL) — 2.61% yield

+116% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~47% | Dividend Score 98 | MaxRatio 12.42 | Fairly Valued

The world's largest wholesale distributor of swimming pool supplies and related outdoor living products, supported by recurring demand for maintenance, repairs, and replacement equipment.

Why Today

Pool's third-quarter sales increased 4%, even as homeowners remained cautious about major pool renovations and new construction. The maintenance business continues providing steady demand, while operating cash flow improved significantly this year. The company also raised its quarterly dividend, showing that it continues returning cash to shareholders despite a challenging market.

Mueller Industries Inc. (MLI) — 1.29% yield

+335% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~17% | Dividend Score 91 | MaxRatio 12.13 | Undervalued

A diversified manufacturer of copper, brass, aluminum, and engineered products used in HVAC, construction, infrastructure, industrial equipment, and other essential markets.

Why Today

Mueller just reported a strong third quarter, with sales climbing to $1.42 billion and earnings growing for the ninth consecutive quarter. Demand from data center construction and commercial buildings is helping offset weakness in residential construction. The company also ended the quarter with approximately $1.48 billion in cash and short-term investments, giving it considerable financial flexibility.

T. Rowe Price Group Inc. (TROW) — 4.99% yield

+41% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~51% | Dividend Score 96 | MaxRatio 10.82 | Undervalued

A global asset management company offering investment funds, retirement solutions, and advisory services to individual and institutional investors.

Why Today

T. Rowe Price continues benefiting from higher financial market levels, which support the value of assets it manages and the fees it earns. But clients have continued withdrawing money from some of its funds, creating pressure on future growth. With shares trading at around 10 times earnings and a dividend yield near 5%, the company is worth watching as it works to stabilize investor flows.

Snap-on Inc. (SNA) — 2.73% yield

+98% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~51% | Dividend Score 97 | MaxRatio 10.48 | Fairly Valued

A premium manufacturer of professional tools, diagnostic systems, repair equipment, and industrial solutions used by automotive technicians and other skilled professionals worldwide.

Why Today

Snap-on's latest quarterly sales declined slightly as demand for professional tools remained uneven. However, the company maintained strong gross margins and continued expanding its business with customers in critical industries. The current slowdown makes its ability to protect profitability particularly important, while demand for vehicle maintenance and specialized repair equipment provides a long-term business foundation.

Bank OZK (OZK) — 3.87% yield

+68% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~31% | Dividend Score 90 | MaxRatio 9.90 | Undervalued

A regional bank with a specialized lending business, a strong presence in commercial real estate financing, and a long history of increasing shareholder distributions.

Why Today

Bank OZK continues reporting solid profitability, supported by a healthy net interest margin and growth in its lending business. Its exposure to commercial real estate remains an important risk as property markets adjust to changing interest rates. With shares trading below book value and a relatively low earnings multiple, investors have an opportunity to evaluate whether those risks are already reflected in the stock price.

Primerica Inc. (PRI) — 1.75% yield

+160% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~19% | Dividend Score 93 | MaxRatio 9.90 | Undervalued

A financial services company providing term life insurance, investment products, and financial solutions primarily to middle-income households across the United States and Canada.

Why Today

Primerica's investment business is benefiting from growing client assets and demand for financial products among middle-income households. Its recent results showed record investment sales and higher operating earnings. With the stock trading at approximately 11 times earnings, investors can evaluate a profitable business that continues expanding its financial services operations without distributing most of its profits.

Accenture plc (ACN) — 2.74% yield

+83% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~48% | Dividend Score 97 | MaxRatio 8.37 | Fairly Valued

A global professional services company helping businesses modernize their operations through technology, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Why Today

Companies around the world are investing heavily in artificial intelligence, but many still need help turning that technology into practical business improvements. That's where Accenture has an important role, helping large organizations redesign systems and workflows. Following another year of revenue and earnings growth, the key opportunity is whether AI-related demand can support faster business growth in fiscal 2027.

Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. (BR) — 2.38% yield

+66% 5-yr dividend growth | payout ~42% | Dividend Score 94 | MaxRatio 6.55 | Fairly Valued

A financial technology company providing investor communications, securities processing, and essential infrastructure services to banks, brokers, asset managers, and other financial institutions.

Why Today

Financial institutions continue investing in automation and technology to reduce costs and handle increasingly complex operations. Broadridge benefits because many of its services are essential to the daily functioning of financial markets. After delivering 8% recurring revenue growth in fiscal 2026, the company expects further growth as clients continue modernizing their systems.

Comments

This week's Top 10 brings together dividend growers with different strengths and opportunities. Every company carries a Dividend Score of at least 90, while five are currently rated Undervalued. Starting yields range from just 1.29% for Mueller Industries to nearly 5% for T. Rowe Price. Some companies offer substantial income today, while others focus on faster dividend growth that could translate into much higher income over time.

Several businesses are navigating important changes. Novo Nordisk faces growing competition in the obesity treatment market, while Tractor Supply and Pool are dealing with cautious consumer spending. Mueller Industries is benefiting from demand tied to data centers and commercial construction, and Snap-on continues protecting profitability despite uneven demand for professional tools.

Financial Services and Technology add another dimension. T. Rowe Price and Bank OZK offer attractive starting yields, while Primerica combines rapid dividend growth with a particularly conservative payout ratio. Accenture and Broadridge are positioned to benefit from continued investment in artificial intelligence, automation, and financial technology.

My Recent Buys

Last week, I moved according to plan — as usual.

💧 RPM International (RPM) — 20 shares | ~$2,034 invested

RPM International is a global specialty coatings, sealants, and building materials company headquartered in Medina, Ohio. The company manufactures products used to protect, repair, and maintain buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities.

Its portfolio includes well-known brands such as Rust-Oleum, DAP, Zinsser, Tremco, and Carboline, serving construction professionals, industrial customers, and homeowners around the world.

MaxDividends Research Platform. Dividend Analysis Section. My Purchases Today

The business operates in markets supported by ongoing demand for building maintenance, infrastructure repair, and protective coatings. Its combination of consumer brands and specialized industrial products provides exposure to several long-term markets.

MaxDividends Research Platform. Dividend Analysis Section. My Purchases Today

Why today?

RPM recently reported record first-quarter fiscal 2027 sales of $2.22 billion, up 4.8% year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA increased 4.5% to $405.5 million, while adjusted earnings per share rose 5.3% to $1.98.

The company also expects sales and adjusted EBITDA to grow at a mid-single-digit rate for the full fiscal year, supported by its diversified businesses and continued focus on operational efficiency.

Earlier this month, RPM increased its quarterly dividend by 5.6%, from $0.54 to $0.57 per share. This marks its 53rd consecutive year of dividend increases — a long track record that fits well with my focus on building reliable, growing dividend income.

🏦 Community Trust Bancorp (CTBI) — 14 shares | ~$995 invested

Community Trust Bancorp is a regional bank holding company headquartered in Kentucky. Through Community Trust Bank and its wealth management operations, the company provides commercial and personal banking, lending, trust, and investment services across Kentucky, West Virginia, and Tennessee.

MaxDividends Research Platform. Dividend Analysis Section. My Purchases Today

It’s a traditional regional banking business with a long operating history, a strong deposit franchise, and an established dividend record — giving me another way to build exposure to the Financials side of the portfolio.

MaxDividends Research Platform. Dividend Analysis Section. My Purchases Today

Why today?

The company reported record second-quarter earnings of $29.6 million, up approximately 19% year-over-year. Net interest income increased 12.7%, while both loans and deposits grew around 9% compared with a year earlier.

At the end of July, CTBI announced a 22.6% increase in its regular quarterly dividend, from $0.53 to $0.65 per share, with the higher payment taking effect on October 1.

The company's next earnings report is expected later this month, offering another opportunity to assess profitability, lending activity, and credit quality as interest-rate conditions continue to evolve.

➡️ New Capital Invested: ~$3,029

That puts another ~$3,029 of fresh capital to work this week, continuing my regular weekly investing rhythm.

  • RPM International — steady demand for building maintenance and infrastructure repair, a diversified portfolio of trusted brands, continued earnings growth, and 53 consecutive years of dividend increases.

  • Community Trust Bancorp — record recent earnings, growing net interest income, and a significant dividend increase, while the regional banking environment continues to evolve.
