Top Capital Growth Focused Dividend Eagles of the Week

Each week, we select the best growth-focused dividend stocks that are undervalued or fairly valued based on the MaxDividends strategy. Perfect for DGI investors, long-term dividend growth investors, and those seeking capital appreciation.

The Role of This Series Inside the MaxDividends

Inside the MaxDividends framework, every series has a job.

This series is about capital growth first. Here we focus on companies where capital appreciation leads the story, and dividends serve as a quality filter.

These are businesses that reinvest intelligently, expand earnings power, grow intrinsic value — and because of that, pay and raise dividends over time.

Capital grows first. Income follows.

How We Select Capital Growth Dividend Stocks

Every company in this series is selected through the MaxDividends Income System.

The MaxDividends Income System is our filter, rulebook, logic, and decision-making checklist — the framework that determines what belongs in a long-term compounding portfolio and what doesn’t.

For Capital Growth Dividend Stocks, the System is applied with a clear priority: capital growth first, dividends as confirmation of quality.

We run each candidate through the MaxDividends Income System, which for this series includes the following core criteria:

#1 Business Quality Score 90+

Strong balance sheet, durable margins, clean cash flows, and consistent execution across cycles. A foundational quality check covering business durability, competitive position, capital allocation discipline, and long-term compounding ability.

MaxDividends Research Platform. Business Analysis Score

#2 Dividend Increase History: 15+ years

Not for yield — but as proof that the business generates real cash and management allocates it responsibly.

The MaxDividends Research Platform. Dividend Analysis → Dividend History.

#3 MaxRatio Level → Growth Eagles zone

A profile that reflects capital efficiency, reinvestment quality, and long-term compounding potential.

The MaxDividends Research Platform. Dividend Analysis → MaxRatio.

#4 Market Valuation

Know when the price makes sense. See at a glance whether a stock is fairly valued, undervalued, or overpriced. Only fairly valued or undervalued companies qualify. Even great growth stories fail if you overpay.

The MaxDividends Research Platform. Company Valuation → Current Valuation.

#5 MaxDividends Investment Summary: Playing + Best For Capital Growth

The whole investment case in one glance. Valuation, investment consensus, and the stock’s best role in your portfolio.

MaxDividends Research Platform. Investment Summary

The MaxDividends Research Platform supports this process as our central data hub and navigator.

It stores the full history behind every decision — fundamentals, dividend timelines, valuation ranges, portfolio structure — and lets us track where we are, how far we’ve come, and whether we’re still aligned with the System.

The System decides. The Platform records, visualizes, and keeps us on course.

That’s how we consistently identify businesses where capital growth leads, dividends validate quality, and long-term wealth compounds quietly — week after week.

That’s where we are now.

This week’s Capital Growth Dividend list highlights businesses with durable earnings engines, pricing power, disciplined balance sheets, and long runways for both capital appreciation and rising income.

☕️ Pour your coffee, tune out the noise, and lean into the process — the best capital-growth dividend opportunities rarely announce themselves loudly.

3 Capital Growth Dividend Picks to Watch This Week

FDS — FactSet Research Systems Inc

FactSet provides financial data, analytics, research tools, and workflow technology used by investment managers, banks, wealth managers, and other financial professionals. Its platform combines proprietary and third-party data with analytics and software that become deeply embedded in clients’ day-to-day investment processes.

That creates a highly recurring business model with strong customer retention and significant switching costs. FactSet is also expanding beyond traditional financial data into AI-powered workflows, enterprise data infrastructure, and real-time market-data technology — increasing the number of ways it can grow within existing client relationships. FactSet reports more than 9,100 global clients and 247,000 individual users.

❝

💡 Why Today?

FactSet enters this week at an interesting inflection point, with fiscal fourth-quarter results scheduled for September 30. The setup going into the report has been improving: third-quarter revenue increased 6.4% year over year to $622.9 million, organic revenue grew 7.0%, and organic annual subscription value increased 7.1%. Annual ASV retention remained above 95%, while more than 90% of FactSet’s 50 largest clients were already using four or more of its AI products.

There is also a new strategic catalyst. On September 22, FactSet acquired BCC Group International, adding cloud-native and hybrid market-data distribution technology to its Real-Time Solution Suite. The deal itself is not expected to materially change near-term financial results, but it expands FactSet’s role from supplying financial data and analytics toward helping institutions manage the infrastructure through which real-time data flows. Combined with its growing AI capabilities, that creates another route for FactSet to deepen enterprise relationships and capture more value from increasingly complex financial-data workflows.

BRO — Brown & Brown Inc

Brown & Brown is one of the largest insurance brokerage and risk-management companies in the United States. Rather than taking insurance risk onto its own balance sheet, the company primarily earns commissions and fees by helping businesses and individuals find insurance coverage and manage risk.

The model combines recurring insurance demand with a highly fragmented brokerage market, giving Brown & Brown two long-term growth engines: organic expansion within its existing operations and acquisitions of smaller insurance agencies and specialized brokers. That acquisition strategy has been a central part of the company’s growth model for decades.

❝

💡 Why Today?

Brown & Brown is worth watching today because the company is operating through one of the largest expansion periods in its history. Its acquisition-driven model gives it the opportunity to add new customers, capabilities, and geographic reach while continuing to generate recurring commission and fee revenue from the existing business.

The bigger long-term point is the compounding model. Insurance brokerage remains fragmented, allowing Brown & Brown to repeatedly reinvest cash flow into additional agencies and then layer organic growth on top of the acquired revenue base. For a capital-growth dividend strategy, that combination is particularly interesting: the dividend is only one part of shareholder returns, while reinvestment and acquisition-driven earnings growth remain the primary engines of value creation.

SYK — Stryker Corporation

Stryker is one of the world’s largest medical-technology companies, with businesses spanning orthopaedics, surgical equipment, neurotechnology, endoscopy, emergency care, and other hospital technologies. Its products are used across operating rooms and healthcare systems worldwide, reaching more than 150 million patients annually.

The company benefits from several durable healthcare trends, including aging populations, rising procedure volumes, greater adoption of robotic and digitally assisted surgery, and continued investment by hospitals in equipment that can improve clinical outcomes and operating efficiency.

❝

💡 Why Today?

Stryker continues to combine organic expansion with targeted acquisitions. The latest example came on August 31, when the company signed a definitive agreement to acquire ZuriMED, a move designed to strengthen its shoulder offering. That fits a familiar Stryker playbook: use the scale of the existing commercial platform to add complementary technologies and broaden its position within attractive medical-device categories.

At the same time, the dividend continues moving higher. Stryker’s current quarterly dividend is $0.88 per share, 4.8% above the prior-year level. For this strategy, however, the more important story remains the underlying business: a broad medical-technology portfolio serving recurring procedure demand, combined with continued product expansion and M&A that can create additional avenues for long-term revenue and earnings growth.

This week’s lineup highlights elite dividend-paying compounders — companies where capital growth leads the story and dividends quietly reinforce the long-term track.

Comments

Dover and Brady bring a strong industrial angle to this week’s list. Dover raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance after a solid second quarter, supported by organic growth across its portfolio, while Brady continues to offer a combination of recurring identification and safety-product demand, disciplined capital allocation, and a long dividend-growth record.

Nucor stands out as the cyclical name in the group, with business conditions improving into the third quarter. Management now expects Q3 earnings of $5.55–$5.65 per share, up from $5.04 in Q2, with higher selling prices and stable volumes supporting stronger results in both steel mills and steel products.

Healthcare and defensive businesses add balance. Chemed continues to combine its VITAS hospice business with Roto-Rooter, while Church & Dwight raised its full-year organic sales outlook to 4%–5% after second-quarter organic growth of 5.8%. Globe Life continues to deliver strong premium and earnings growth, with health premiums up 16% in Q2 and management raising its full-year earnings outlook.

Technology remains represented by three familiar capital-growth businesses. Applied Materials and KLA continue to benefit from increasingly complex AI-related semiconductor manufacturing, particularly advanced logic, memory, and packaging. Applied recently reported record quarterly revenue of $9.12 billion, while KLA posted record fiscal Q4 revenue of $3.66 billion and expects business momentum to continue into 2027. Microsoft provides exposure to the same AI investment cycle through cloud and software, with fiscal Q4 revenue growing 18% to $90 billion.

Morningstar rounds out the list with a different type of compounding model: financial data, research, indexes, and investment tools built around recurring demand from investors and financial institutions.

This week’s Top 10 is just the start—hundreds of battle-tested dividend growers with serious capital growth potential are waiting in the full Dividend Eagles list inside the MaxDividends Research Platform.

  • Current Dividend Yield: 0.73%

Capital Growth Focused

UCB — UCB SA | Belgium

UCB is a Belgian biopharmaceutical company focused primarily on severe diseases in immunology and neurology. Its portfolio includes treatments for psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, hidradenitis suppurativa, epilepsy, myasthenia gravis, and osteoporosis, supported by an expanding pipeline of next-generation therapies.

The company is currently moving through an important growth cycle as newer products become a larger part of the business. BIMZELX has emerged as its most important growth engine, while RYSTIGGO, ZILBRYSQ, FINTEPLA, and EVENITY provide additional sources of expansion across immunology and neurology.

❝

💡 Why Today?

UCB’s first-half 2026 results showed just how quickly that transition is progressing. Revenue increased 22% to €4.27 billion, adjusted EBITDA jumped 68% to €1.74 billion, and management raised its full-year 2026 guidance. BIMZELX net sales reached €1.53 billion, up 91%, prompting UCB to increase its peak-sales expectation for the drug to at least €7 billion.

The next growth phase is also taking shape beyond BIMZELX. UCB has expanded its pipeline through the acquisitions of Candid Therapeutics and Neurona Therapeutics, while several existing programs are moving into additional indications and later-stage development.

PRV — Porvair plc | UK

Porvair is a specialist filtration and environmental technology company serving aerospace, energy, industrial, laboratory, and environmental markets. Its filtration systems and analytical products are typically used in applications where reliability, safety, and precise performance are critical.

The company operates through specialized businesses serving relatively small but technically demanding markets. That niche-focused model, combined with disciplined acquisitions and a strong balance sheet, has allowed Porvair to steadily compound earnings while maintaining a long record of dividend growth.

❝

💡 Why Today?

Porvair continues to build on another record first half. Revenue increased 9% to £106.2 million, adjusted operating profit rose 10% to £13.8 million, and adjusted EPS increased 11% to 22.1 pence. The company also generated £9.7 million of operating cash and finished the period with £7.1 million in net cash.

There is also a near-term reason to keep watching the company. Porvair issued its nine-month trading update on September 22 and will hold a Capital Markets Event on October 14.

6370 — Kurita Water Industries Ltd | Japan

Kurita Water Industries is a Japanese water-treatment company providing chemicals, equipment, maintenance, and water-management solutions to industrial customers. Its technologies are used across semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, general industry, and other operations where water quality, recycling, and efficient resource use are critical.

The business is increasingly positioned around higher-value recurring services and solutions rather than simply selling water-treatment equipment. Semiconductor manufacturing is particularly important because advanced chip production requires enormous quantities of ultra-pure water and increasingly sophisticated systems for treatment, recovery, and reuse.

❝

💡 Why Today?

Kurita is reshaping its portfolio while continuing to return capital to shareholders. In July, the company completed the transfer of Pentagon Technologies Group and subsequently revised its business forecast to reflect the resulting gain. At the same time, Kurita has continued executing the share-repurchase program authorized in May, with another update on repurchases published in September.

👉 Here are this week’s top 3 gainers from the Dividend Eagles list:

🥉 +9.21% AMAT — Applied Materials Inc

Applied Materials is one of the world’s largest suppliers of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, providing technologies used in chip fabrication, materials engineering, inspection, and advanced packaging.

Shares moved higher as semiconductor-equipment stocks rallied on continued optimism around AI infrastructure spending and demand for more advanced chipmaking tools. Applied is also expanding its long-term manufacturing and R&D footprint, while strong demand for leading-edge logic, memory, and advanced packaging continues to support the broader growth story.

🥈 +11.25% KLAC — KLA Corporation

KLA develops inspection, metrology, and process-control systems that help semiconductor manufacturers identify defects and improve yields throughout increasingly complex chip-production processes.

KLA’s rally reflects growing investor attention on the semiconductor-equipment layer of the AI buildout. More advanced logic, HBM, EUV manufacturing, and advanced packaging all require greater process-control intensity, directly expanding demand for KLA’s technologies. The company expects second-half 2026 revenue to run roughly 20% above the first half, with management seeing momentum continuing into 2027.

🥇 +11.43% WST — West Pharmaceutical Services Inc

West continues to gain momentum as investors respond to stronger growth expectations. Second-quarter organic sales increased 12.7%, adjusted EPS rose 28.8%, and management raised full-year organic growth guidance to 10%–11%. Demand remains particularly strong across high-value components, biologics, GLP-1 elastomers, and regulatory-driven Annex 1 upgrades, helping reinforce the company’s improving growth outlook.

Happy dividends for all the holders!

Max
