🚦 MaxDividends Income System — Buy / Hold / Sell Research List

The role of the Buy / Hold / Sell List inside the system is simple: it removes chaos. Even strongest of investors among us slowly drift into emotional decisions, headline-driven trades, and random buying when there is no clear navigation.

The List We Use for Our Own Dividend Portfolios

It is the same list we use for the MaxDividends team portfolios, for my personal portfolio, and for the portfolios I am building for my kids. These are the dividend businesses we rely on to pay us, grow, and compound income over decades.

The role of the Buy / Hold / Sell List inside the system is simple: it removes chaos. Even the strongest investors among us drift into emotional decisions, headline-driven trades, and random buying when there is no clear navigation.

With this list, we share one common map. At any moment, we know what we buy, what we hold, and what we sell — and why.

That is how capital stays aligned with long-term income, inside the time-tested MaxDividends Income System powered by our dividend intelligence platform.

Every week we analyze thousands of companies across the MaxDividends Universe, evaluating them using Financial Scores, MaxRatio, valuation, dividend discipline, and long-term earnings trends.

The result is a clear Buy / Hold / Sell breakdown of the top dividend names in the market. Just a data-driven snapshot that shows:

  • which companies deserve new capital,

  • which companies we continue compounding with,

  • and which positions our team believes may need to be trimmed or exited.

It's the fastest way to understand where quality is strengthening — and where it's fading.

The structure is simple.

  • The Buy section shows the companies we are actively purchasing now, including with my own capital.

  • The Hold section includes businesses that remain strong but do not qualify for new buying at the moment.

  • The Sell section includes companies that no longer meet the standards of the MaxDividends Income System, with clear reasons provided.

July 2026 Update

Research-backed guidance on quality dividend stocks.

The MaxDividends Research Platform (included in Premium)

This Month’s Changes — Short Summary

This month, we continued raising the quality bar across the Buy List. Our focus remains unchanged: own financially exceptional businesses with durable competitive advantages, growing dividends, and the ability to compound income for decades.

Newly Added

This month's update introduces two new companies to the Buy List:

  • A. O. Smith (AOS) — a global leader in water heating and water treatment, recognized for its strong balance sheet, consistent cash generation, and long history of dividend growth.

  • Emerson Electric (EMR) — a diversified industrial technology leader with resilient free cash flow, disciplined capital allocation, and long-term exposure to automation and digital infrastructure.

🟢 Buy — Upgrade

The Buy List now includes 101 Dividend Eagles, down from 111 last month.

The reduction wasn't driven by deteriorating business quality—it reflects our disciplined investment process and today's market environment.

We remain highly selective when adding companies to the Buy List, and valuation continues to matter. Currently, 31 companies are classified as Overvalued, an unusually high number compared with recent months. Many of these remain outstanding businesses, but we're simply waiting for more attractive entry prices before becoming buyers again.

🟡 Hold — Status Update

53 companies currently remain on Hold.

Most status changes were driven by valuation, elevated payout ratios, or Financial Scores falling below our Buy threshold. In many cases, business quality remains intact, but current conditions do not justify additional buying.

One company also moved from Hold to Sell — more on that in the Sell section below.

🔴 Sell — Status Update

Polaris Inc. (PII) → Sell

We're downgrading Polaris to Sell.

While Polaris remains a well-known manufacturer of powersports vehicles, its business fundamentals have weakened meaningfully over the past year. Slowing growth, softer operating performance, and declining financial metrics have pushed the company's Business Quality Score down from 81 to 70, falling below our minimum quality threshold.

Until we see a meaningful improvement in operating performance and overall business quality, we'd rather allocate capital to stronger opportunities elsewhere.

And one more thing…

Over the last three months, another reality became clear. Many of you came in already owning stocks that were not originally part of the MaxDividends Dividend Eagles List. That raised an important question: how do we stay inside the MaxDividends Income System while managing everything else we already own?

That is why we introduced MaxDividends Pulse. Pulse is another tool inside the MaxDividends Income System. It applies the same Buy / Hold / Sell logic to every one of the 19,000 companies we track.

  • Playing means fundamentals and trend are aligned.

  • Paused means we are watching.

  • Skipping means the setup does not meet our standards.

🚦 MaxDividends Pulse™

🟢 Playing — fundamentals align, trend looks strong.

⚪️ Watching — watching closely, patience mode on.

🟠 Skip — not the kind of setup we like to play.

We plan to roll this out in Q2 → Q3 2026 so that everything you own can be managed with the same discipline.

We help you get paid — forever. Live off dividends. On your terms.

With respect for your well-being, Max
